A good party starts with a good location, add to that the people that matter to you most and you’re almost done. Finish it off with wonderful creative food and professional, attentive service and you’ve got a recipe for a wonderful event. Whether it’s an intimate affair for ten or an unforgettable wedding for two hundred, they are ready to provide you with the wonderful experience that you expect.

We also cater at the location of your choice! From lazy summer barbecues in the woods to lavish weddings under their own roof, they always devote the same amount of energy and effort into every event they host. Menus prepared personally by Chef O’Neill, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. Ed spent the first eight years of his career under the tutelage of a few of America's most celebrated Chefs. After spending three years with Charlie Palmer from Aureole restaurant, he moved on to spend three more with George Masraff from The Tavern on The Green and Windows on The World and in 2001 moved to the Catskill Mountains to open what is now The Andes Hotel.
